• Preparation
1. Check the combi oven manufacturer’s manual to confirm compatibility with the oven’s surfaces.
2. Remove any debris with a non-metal spatula and verify that the water supply is on.
• Usage
1. 1.When surface is clean can be used as a spray application or fed through a dispensing unit (if dispensing unit is used, follow manufacturers instructions).
1. 2. If spray application is used, spray onto a surface that needs to be neutralised, wipe down with a clean paper towel, and proceed with thoroughly rinsing with water.
1. 3. The recommended dilution rate is 1:20-1:40, can be varied depending on the application.
